Passion

It was a pain to get Aleera up again but Julian had forgotten that only one of the Akamatseru twins knew how to drive and it was Aleera. He had offered to drive himself, as long as she gave him her keys but she refused to hand over her precious moogle keychain. The woman didn't even dress, driving several blocks to the club district in barefeet and a satin nightie. The drive was silent, as both Julian and Gabriel valued their lives and didn't want to disturb Aleera as she mumbled incoherent death threats under her breath. When she pulled up to Koushi, she kicked open the passenger door and shoved her brother out, then barked at Julian to get out from the back seat. Julian hastily got out and helped Gabriel up off the ground, pulling him further from the road as Aleera sped off, door still open. "...Strange woman..." Julian mused as he helped Gabe into the club.

His eyes immediately tensed, the blinding violet light from the spinning stroblight being his welcome. He was never a fan of nightclubs. They were so bright and loud. Even now, though the club was relatively empty, he could barely hear his thoughts over the booming techno music being played by a dark-haired man on a DJ booth. He took a deep breath, the smell of alcohol inflaming his lungs as he looked around. He had been to Koushi only once, when it was an empty venue. He had found the lot when Gabriel had expressed his sadness at the fact there weren't many clubs for people like him. With the assistance of both Antoine and Gabriel's elder brother, Ryuichi, they were all able to purchase the lot and handed it over to Gabriel to take care of. Seeing it now, it made him feel the same way he did when he found out what the twins had done to the apartment.
"Isn't this place awesome?!"

"Well...I suppose. Just alot of...pink."
"Well, I like pink. I'm the one who did the interior decorating, you know." Gabriel sighed happily as he admired his handywork, "I can't thank you, Ant and Ryu enough for helping me fufill my dream. Now every qay, lesbian, genderfuck, genderqueer, tranny, bisexual in Alysis has a place to go when their parents kick them out for wearing Candie's and Mary Kay."
"I'm...glad you're happy with it. It's nice to know you're happy with your..erm...humanitarian work, Gabe." Julian patted Gabe on his head, causing him to give a small cat-like sound of content.

"Hey! Gabi, dear!" Both Gabe and Julian turned to look at the bar, where several people were sitting. Behind the bar was someone Julian was convinced was a woman. But the moment they spoke again, he was proven wrong. "C'mere, I need your help. They've already begun clearing out the cocktails!" Gabe moved quickly behind the bar, assisting the person who was undoubtly a man now that Julian heard him. He blinked for a moment. How did these guys get to be so feminine without surgery?! If they kept this up, he'd go out of business.
"Julian, come come! I wanna introduce you to Nans!" Gabriel called out as he filled several glasses with various types of alcohol, sliding them along the countertop to patrons.
"Nans? Wasn't he your fish?" Julian walked up to the bar, sitting himself on a barstool. Gabe gave Nans a bit of a shove closer to the bar as he grinned happily.
"Nando, love. This is Julian. He's one of my closest friends ever. He's the one who helped pay for this place. Jules, this is Nans. I met him a few months ago and we just have so much in common. He's also the cutest little bartender I've seen!"
"Oh stop it!" Nans snickered before presenting his hand to Julian, "It's nice to finally meet you, Julian. Gabi has said such good things about you." Julian smiled and took Nans' hand, surprised at the soft feel as he shook it lightly. A moment later, he brought the back of Nans' hand to his lips.
"Nice to meet you too."
"Oh, a gentleman is in our presence. How lucky!" Julian shook his head amusingly, releasing the boy's hand.

Julian got caught in a conversation with a green-haired woman, leaving the two bartenders time to converse among themselves. After seeing to their clients, they huddled near the employee-only entrance for a little discussion.
"He's pretty cute. Why haven't you brought him here before? Keeping him all to yourself? Selfish pig." Nans scolded sarcastically. Gabe snorted, as if insulted.
"He's not my...we're not...He's just a friend. Besides, the club scene isn't his thing. He's...you know...busy being a responsible member of society."
"A dork? Bah, those are pretty cute, though."
"I'm hoping someone else thinks so too. I actually brought him here because I'm hoping to find him someone...He hasn't dated in over four years, it's about time. What do you think?"
"Well, what sort of guys does he like?"
"Guys like us. You know...trannies. Venus with a penis. Femme bois."
"Oooh. Okay...well, uh...there's this one guy over there. Think he'd do?"
"...well, if not, he can always ask Julian for some facial reconstructive surgery. God knows he needs it."
"That's harsh."
"Not everyone can be as pretty as we can, Nans."

Julian finished his conversation with the green-haired woman, only to have Gabe nearly dragging him out of his seat. "What are you doing?" He asked curiously. Gabe let go of him and walked behind him, shoving him forward with one hand while pointing with another.
"See that guy over there? He's been giving you the eye. Go talk to him!" Julian looked at the guy he was pointing to. Julian didn't want to be cruel but the man had such strong facial features. He wasn't even sure if he could do anything to help him.
"Ah...Gabe...I don't want to be rude but..."
"I know, I know. He's not the prettiest tranny in the world but he's sweet as can be. Give him a chance! You'll be sure to find something you like about him...like...um...his silky hair! Go pet it!" Gabriel gave a final shove and Julian stumbled in front of the blonde man.
"...Who're you?" The man said in a deep voice, resembling Julian's father's in a very scary way.
"I...uh...I'm Julian."
"...You're cute."
"T...Thank you?"

Julian sat beside the man, who called himself Passion Buns, uncomfortably and listened to him talk in that strange droll. Then he felt a hand on his thigh. He jumped slightly, looking confused at Passion. The blonde man grinned, "You smell nice...just like the inside of my mama's purse." Then he moved closer. Julian's body began to tense up as he held up his hands as a barrier.
"Ah! Mr....Miss...Buns, please. You're really nice but...I don't think you're my type."
"Whatcha sayin'? You don't like purty boys?"
"...Yes. Yes. I like butch guys."
"Awww..."
"Terribly sorry..." Julian jumped up and walked quickly away, seeking out the green-haired woman again.

Julian thought about going back to Gabriel but each time he looked over at the bar, he saw him either talking to customers or downing a bottle of strange liquid. He didn't worry much. Gabe was a casual drinker. He never drank as much as his sister did. There wasn't much reason to worry.

Gabe knew that too. He knew he never drank as much as Aleera. That didn't say he didn't drink as hard as she did. Nans looked over while pouring a glass for the DJ, smiling as Gabe was fixing his bra. He walked the drink over, only to return and find his dear Gabe on the floor. "Oh my god! What happened?!"
"Weheee!" Gabe giggled as he tried to get up, his ankle twisting and causing him to topple over again. Nans rushed to his side, trying to keep him steady.
"What the hell did you drink?" Nans asked as he pushed Gabe's hair away from his eyes. The fallen boy looked up at him curiously, biting his lip.
"Uuuh...it was a pretty green color?" Nans shook his head, looking over the bar counter. He then looked back at Gabe.
"Stay here. Don't move one inch or so help me, I'm going to kick you with my stiletto." Leaving Gabe to collapses in a giggling fit on the ground, Nans approached Julian.

"Hey. Julie." Jules spun around with a raised brow. That was a new one.
"Yes, Nans?" He asked as he looked past him, "Where's Gabe?"
"On the floor. He had somethin' strong and...well...boy can't hold his liqour. Can you do me a favor?"
"Of course."
"Can you take him into the back room? There's a bedroom back there. Let him sleep it off. He's only gonna hurt himself if he stays out here."
"Of course. No problem."

Julian found Gabe on the floor and looked down disapprovingly. "Oh, Gabe..." The boy crawled over to him, clinging to his leg and laughing softly.
"Juuuuules! You're so tall, you know that?" Gabe mused as he slowly rose, pulling Julian's pants down as he climbed up him. Julian grabbed him once he was up, his free hand pulling his pants back up. He then wrapped his hands around Gabe, lifting him slightly.
"C'mon."
"Where we goin'?"
"Takin' you to bed."
"Can I got to the potty first?"
"Fine but I'm taking you there. Can't have you hitting your head on the urinal...again."

Julian carried Gabe into the restroom, waiting by the sinks as the drunken boy did his business. He also waited as he washed his hands, keeping a firm hand on his shoulder to keep him from wobbling so much. Gabe turned to him after he finished washing his hands, drying them on Julian as he rested his cheek against his chest. "Jer show shweeet...walkin' me to da potty and curryin' me..."
"I know. I know. Come on, let's get you to be-" And then he felt a strange, wet creature inside his mouth. A hot, strange, wet creature.

Sight

"Gabriel, is it really healthy to have so many pictures of yourself?" Julian asked as he stood in the center of the room. Just as with the rest of the house, the room lacked carpeting and wallpaper but yet, it was brimming with life. It was thanks to Gabriel's keen eye for decorating, of course. But the fact he had quite a few pictures of himself around the room was a tad strange. Then again, the rest of the paintings weren't exactly normal either. Gabriel looked over his shoulder, blinking, before he turned back to tap the glass encasing a fish tank.
"Sure it is. It keeps my self-esteem up. Ain't that right, Nans?"
"...Nans?"
"My fish! The brown and white one. The orange one is Bastian and the blue one is Izzy. Say hello to them!" Julian raised a brown, slowly lifting his hand and using his pinky to wave. Gabe was even stranger in his natural habitat.
"Gabe, may I get some clothes? I'm getting kinda...cold."
"Oh, right. Let's see..."
Gabriel left the fishtank, moving over to the two dressers by the door. He opened one of the drawers on the right most dresser, shuffling through some shirts. Julian sat on the side of the bed, waiting to approve whatever strange ensemble was to be produced. Gabriel had assured him he owned male clothing but...to what extent could they be considered male? He looked at Gabriel's profile, thinking about how gentle his features were. Catching himself, he shook his head. He was hoping he'd be able to keep his feelings out of his head for at least the morning. But matters of the heart care not for situations. Though, to be honest, he did wonder about yesterday. Gabe hadn't said anything. Did he really forget?
"Let's see..." His thought train was disrupted when Gabriel pulled out a silk-like black shirt, holding it up. "What do you think?" Julian raised his brow, tilting his head.
"Well...it looks nice...a bit tight, though..."
"Ah, well. It should fit you, what with your tiny boy frame. Now, I have the perfect pants that will go with this!"
"Are they tight as well?"
"...Perhaps."
"...So, you pretty much lack any sperm due to wearing tight clothes since what? The age of 11?"
"Pretty much." Gabriel looked up from the shirt to Julian, noticing something strange. "Hey, you okay?"
"Hm?"
"You're kinda...looking out into space. Somethin' on your mind? What, is my fashion sense that bad?"
"No, no...I was just...I didn't really want to bring it up but the phone call yesterday..."
"You haven't forgotten...have you?" Julian asked as he rose off the bed, taking the shirt from Gabriel's hands, folding it. Gabriel's expression read confused as he raised his gaze slightly, trying to see his answer in the air. "Yesterday...phone call..."
"Phone call...phone call..." Gabriel repeated as he tapped his lip with his index finger. Julian waited. It seemed he truly did forget. Dare he remind him? He could just let it go and it'd be as if the phone call never happened. But not entirely. To Julian, he'd still know. Sighing, he decided to once again sacrifice his own peace-of-mind.
"Look..." He drew Gabriel's attention, "If you can't remember, it's okay. It wasn't too important."
"You sure? Wasn't it something about...car emissions?"
"Not quite but I'll settle for that."
"You're silly, Julian." Gabriel smiled as he patted his friend on the shoulder. "You know that? Tell ya what, let's go out today! You could use some socialization. I'll take ya to Koushi with me. I'm sure you'll love it there." Julian wasn't so sure. A nightclub full of transsexuals, transvestites and other gender-confusing persons as well as being under the heavy influence of smoke machines and stroblights wasn't his ideal place. So he tried to gently decline.
"That sounds nice, really Gabe but...I have too much work to do. I can't be out at clubs...I....I have to find a new house and...maybe go into work, I'm gonna need some extra money to replace the things I've lost...not to mention, pick up my extra pair of glasses."
"Glasses are overrated. And like Al said, you can stay here as long as you like...as for replacing things, we can do that over time. I am more than happy to let you wear my old clothes. They'd fit you better than me, anyways. Come on, please?" Gabe proceeded to use his signature puppy dog look, pouty lips and all. Julian raised a brow, shaking his head. This only caused Gabe to get closer and closer with his pouty lip and softened eyes. "Pleeeeease? Pretty please with sprinkles on top?"
"I do like sprinkles..." Julian said softly as he contemplated. He looked at Gabe again, finally giving into the boy's puppy dog look. Darn that look! "Fine...fine..."
"Yay! Now, you get dressed while I find me something to wear too!" Gabe gave Julian a quick hug before turning his attention to the left most dresser. Julian sighed, defeated, as he began to dress himself.
It didn't take him too long to get himself dressed and ready for the day. While initially uncomfortable about wearing such tight clothing, Julian found he didn't mind it so much. He actually felt attractive. But he wasn't sure if he'd dress like this every day. Julian just wasn't the type. After he finished dressing, he relaxed on the bed and followed Gabriel with his eyes.
The boy amused him, scurrying throughout the room while picking up various cosmetics. That boy put so much effort into how he looked. Julian remembered Gabe once saying that his appearance was the only thing he seemed to treasure most about himself, the only thing he had a definite control over. He supposed it made sense. Gabe's life, from what he had learned, wasn't very structured. So having control over even the smallest thing was something new to him. Once Gabe was finished fixing his hair, he turned around.
"How do I look?"
"Beautiful as always."
"Good!" He smiled as he got a better look at Julian. "You look good, too. Silk really suits you."
"I don't think so..."
"Nonsense! You have a nice, lean body. It looks great. Really. I bet you'll have lots of guys flinging themselves at you. If we're lucky, we might be able to find you a boyfriend!"
"What makes you think I'd be interested?"
"You like me, don't you? So you must have a thing for trannies." Julian blinked. So he did remember! He opened his mouth to rebuttal but Gabe held his hand up. "Trust me. We'll find you a delicious tranny, don't worry. Let's get going, shall we? I can't be late. It's my job to ready the bar today. You wouldn't want to be in the same room as a bunch of queens without their liqour." Julian slowly rose and tossed his legs over the side of the bed. Just what did Gabe think was going to happen? Did he think he was going to find Julian some replacement?
"Doesn't work that way..."
"What was that?"
"Nothing, nothing...something about car emissions."
